Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS from a reputed Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to conduct periodical (twice a year) medical check-up for all non-management as well as FnB staffs with proper documentation.
∎ Regular visit to all campuses/locations and ensure the regular health check-up for the Non-management staffs
∎ Day to day medical check-up/ health advice to any employees of the group as and when necessary.
∎ Plays a key role in identifying health concerns and treatment measures, providing instruction, counseling and guidance in the maintenance of good health practices and diseases preventions in the group by conducting awareness programs, seminars and trainings on a regular basis as per an annual event calender.
∎ Conduct comprehensive first-aid training program in consultation with respective departments.
∎ Partly supervise, guide and train the nurses and any health officers working in the group. Play a audit role in ensuring quality services from those roles.
∎ If required, asses medical fitness of potential employees during recruitment of new staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 0-2 years experience
∎ Good communication skill both in English & Bangla
∎ Must be enthusiastic and approachable

Salary: Negotiable
