Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare daily schedules, maintain diaries, organize meetings and preparation of minutes Maintain calendars and remind the Director of important tasks, deadlines, conferences and travel reservations as per requirement. Prepare different letters, office orders, reports & presentations as per instruction. Must be able to translate documents from English to Bengali and vice-versa Follow up operational issues/decisions taken by the top management. Follow up incoming mail and send reply to emails to respective personnel, Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintaining databases and filing systems for daily communications. Any other task as assigned by management as and when required.
