∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize executive office business meetings, maintain appointments and day to day business.
∎ Prepare meeting minutes, agenda, drafting and management of formal and informal correspondence with relevant bodies.
∎ Compose and prepare various types of information, maintain all documents and report writing in a systematic manner.
∎ Update all personal and professional calendars with correct schedules and dates for appointments, meetings, events, conferences etc.
∎ Disburse meeting minute(s), report(s) etc. to the relevant departments as per requirement.
∎ To coordinate with management team and other departments as per requirement.
∎ Typing and Filing Documents in a professional manner.
∎ To arrange and coordinate business meeting/ conference inside and outside office.
∎ To ensure filing, records and database of personal and business documents of Executive office.
∎ Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work in high-stress environments, often for long hours.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned time to time.
