∎ B.Com/ BBS/ BBA/ BSc in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, AutoCAD

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Planning and developing Production & Delivery strategies.
∎ Job Location : Dhaka, Ashulia (Birulia).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare delivery orders processing on daily basis
∎ Preparation of daily stocks /sales statement, monthly stocks / sales statement, monthly reconciliation of stocks, sales return (damage) statements and adjustment of damage stocks on monthly basis
∎ Assist to ensure economic use and proper maintenance of company vehicles, identify problems in carrying process and drive corrective action for smooth operation
∎ Ensure timely input of all the information related to delivery and submit in time to higher management
∎ Ensure all sorts of bills - related to delivery, company own vehicles, transport contractors and properly verified
∎ Coordinate all activities at factory and maintain liaison with office and Contractual authority.
∎ Responsible for effective Production planning & Delivery.
∎ Follow up floors for effectively planning implementation and delivery on time.
∎ Building relationship with production people for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Manage production planning staff and meet production schedules.
∎ Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances.
∎ Ensure resolving technical problem during production.
∎ Check and ensure that the work is carried out as per order
∎ Controlling waste of material by monitoring closely during the execution of work.
∎ Preparation and implementation of order schedule as per targets set by Management
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Age 24 to 32 years
