∎ Coordinate and supervise the daily provision of compassionate care and related responsibilities.
∎ Communicate with care seekers to assess and address their specific support needs.
∎ Assign caregivers to clients based on availability and suitability
∎ Maintain caregiver schedules and monitor attendance
∎ Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of caregivers
∎ Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed
∎ Ensure client satisfaction and provide regular feedback to management
∎ Support emergency service arrangements when required
∎ Job Context: We are seeking a proactive, empathetic, and organized Female Coordinator to join our growing team at Careping, a professional caregiving service in Bangladesh.
∎ The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing caregivers, supporting client needs, and ensuring quality service delivery. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, compassion for nurturing, and the ability to handle daily coordination efficiently.
∎ Job Nature: Full-Time (6 days a week)
