∎ Diploma in Nursing, Bachelor/Honors in any discipline
∎ Preferred: Candidates with Caregiver Course, General Physician Course, or formal caregiving training.

∎ Experience: Minimum 1 year in related field
∎ Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others
∎ Strong communication skills (Bangla and basic English)
∎ Good organizational and time management skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
∎ Basic knowledge of MS Word and email communication

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support clients with mobility, exercise routines, and daily activities as per care plans.
∎ Monitor clients’ Mental and health conditions and promptly report concerns to supervisors.
∎ Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation and promote mental well-being.
∎ Assist in medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and safety of client environments.
∎ Follow Careping’s policies and procedures to ensure client dignity, respect, and privacy.
∎ Cooperate with coordinators for schedule adherence and service quality.
