Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting the Director in organizing routine activities through secretarial and administrative support
∎ Organizing events of the business on a regular basis
∎ Maintaining and updating electronic and paper records to ensure that information is organized and easily accessible
∎ Assisting in scheduling appointments and co-ordinate meetings within and outside the department
∎ Proofreading of the reports
∎ Processing conveyance and other bills and coordinating pool vehicles of the department
∎ Planning meetings by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists
∎ Ensuring coordination among intra-department teams
