∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Executive Assistant, Management Coordinator, Personal Secretary
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Retail Store, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Director Office systems, including data management and filing.
∎ Take agenda during meeting and prepare meeting minutes.
∎ Intimate Director to follow up the actions as per meeting minutes.
∎ Responsible for organizing travel and logistics support.
∎ Follow up all the assignments given by Director with the deadline to accelerate the work & follow up actions on pending matters.
∎ Ensure all relevant documents & records passed on to the relevant department / individuals timely & regularly.
∎ Prepare correspondence on behalf of Director, including drafting of general correspondence.
∎ Ensure that the Director is fully prepared for any engagements She has to attend.
∎ Provide executive and administrative support to the Director.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Director.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent in Data Management.
∎ Must be proficient in MS Office.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skill both in Bangla & English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
