Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist department head in organizing routine activities through secretarial and administrative support.
∎ Take dictation and prepare necessary write-ups and documents as guided by Supervisor.
∎ Preparing meeting minutes, text writing and other secretarial notes on different issues.
∎ Maintain and update electronic and paper records to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
∎ Maintaining confidential Papers, files, and agreements
∎ Coordinate with management team & other departments as per requirement
∎ To ensure proper liaison & coordination management with various Business
∎ Concern for any country's visa processing and ticket, hotel booking
∎ Any other task assign by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Personal Secretary
∎ Expertise in report writing & MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Smart, Presentable and possessing pleasant personality
