Job Context:
∎ 1. We are O&M provider for the site located at Bhola Bangladesh & we are looking for Control Room Engineers for Project Based for minimum 4 years
∎ 2. Should be having minimum B.Sc or Diploma qualification with 4+ years experience in Control Room
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Overall operation of the centralized control room, which include starting/shutdown,
∎ • Daily monitoring of plant parameters, logging and shift reporting to shift in charge.
∎ • Routine and Emergency operation of Steam Turbine, Steam Generator, and auxiliaries following "safe and standard operating procedures.
∎ • Emergencies handling as Islanding, House load & Blackout operation.
∎ • Co-ordination of day to day defects of the plant with maintenance.
∎ • Giving isolation of the plant equipment during planned / forced outage of the machine.
∎ • Monitoring & tracking plant performance parameters.
∎ • Monitoring & changeover of the Auxiliary equipment's of the plant.
∎ • Isolation and Normalization of all above equipment for maintenance following "permit to work system".
∎ • Identification of faults, troubleshooting and liaising with maintenance department through "Computerized Maintenance Management System".
∎ • Preparing SOP, Daily Generation Report and coal MIS.
∎ • Issue Work Permits through SAP and makes sure tag in/tag out is properly done.
∎ • Responsible for isolation and PTW LOTO System through on equipment and systems
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be expertise in managing operations & maintenance of Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, HRSG and auxiliaries
