Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from reputed university;
∎ Having extra diploma degree in Instrumentation Technology/ Electrical and electronic engineering will be added advantages.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and developing new control systems
∎ Testing, maintaining and modifying existing systems
∎ Corrective & preventive maintenance of Coal Based Thermal Power Plant and its Auxiliary equipment’s.
∎ Maintenance of BTG, DM Plant, PTP & ETP and Ash Handling Plant.
∎ Inventory Management of plant maintenance of different instruments through SAP.
∎ Maintaining spares and procurement through SAP.
∎ Shutdown jobs and overhauling inspections of Plant.
∎ Repair of industrial electronic cards by replacing the components for saving the down time and budget.
∎ Working with SAP & previously worked with MAXIMO, ver-4.1 systems.
∎ Working with Permit to Work (PTW) system.
∎ Carried out modification jobs and addition of new instruments as per plant needs and requirements.
∎ Troubleshooting, maintenance & modifications of DCS and PLC including field related problems.
∎ Installation of Human Machine Interface (HMI) system based on Windows platform including graphics modification.
∎ Diagnosis and rectification of DCS and PLC system modules.
∎ Analyzing data and presenting findings in written reports
∎ Working collaboratively with design engineers, operation engineers, purchasers and other internal staff
∎ Project management within cost and time constrained environments
∎ Understanding and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards
∎ Providing advice and consultancy support
∎ Purchasing equipment
∎ Writing computer software and test procedures
∎ Developing new business proposals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
∎ Day to day Running Maintenance (Corrective Maintenance) of Power Plant,
∎ Excellent critical thinking skills and a high level of numeracy
∎ Breakdown Maintenance,
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Preventive Maintenance,
∎ Shutdown Jobs,
∎ DCS Maintenance,
∎ Maintaining spares and procurement through SAP (Previously MAXIMO).
∎ Man power management.
∎ Strong teamworking skills, with an ability to motivate others and to lead or manage teams and projects
Salary: Tk. 190000 - 195000 (Monthly)
