Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Lead in overseeing and managing all the Project contracts, which includes but not limited to PPA, IA, GSA, EPC Contract, LTSA, Lenders matters, etc. and ensuring that any issues which arise are resolved as quickly and effectively as possible.
∎ 2. Financial monitoring and control of the various Project contracts, ensuring all the project contracts are delivered on time, to a high standard, within budget and achieve value for money.
∎ 3. Assist the Project Manager to continuously monitor and guide fulfilment of all contractual obligations by liaising with all the project stakeholders to ensure that each party keeps up to its contractual obligations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ (a) Well versed in Power Purchase Agreements, Implementation Agreements, Gas Supply Agreements, EPC contracts, and LTSA contracts
∎ (b) Experienced in the development and O&M of various thermal power plants
∎ (c) Experienced in technical due diligence and project design management
∎ (d) Prior QA/QC work experience would be an added advantage
Salary:
∎ Tk. 200000 - 250000 (Monthly)
