Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
∎ Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
∎ Communicate effectively in English to ensure a clear understanding of customer needs.
∎ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in spoken and written English (Standard English).
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Customer-focused attitude and ability to empathize with customers.
∎ Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
Salary: Tk. 16000 - 18000 (Monthly)
