Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle customers calls, answer inquiries, resolve problems and complaints, retain customers, capture compliments, and document all information on customer interaction according to standard operating procedures.
∎ Follow timely proper escalation protocol to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns.
∎ Navigate through multiple systems and multi-task by documenting necessary information in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Always strive for Good Customer Satisfaction and Experience and ensure that all calls are handled professionally based on the Quality Guidelines set by the Client.
∎ Meet and exceed client mandated KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Must also ensure consistent performance based on a continuous improvement model.
∎ Complete the required training successfully.
∎ Maintain knowledge of functional areas, company policies and procedures.
