Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend all inbound/outbound calls on time.
∎ Comply telephone etiquette with clear voice & Appropriately greet all the calls .
∎ Assist in achieving set targets in terms of successful business lead generation through inbound and outbound calls.
∎ Attend outbound business call/tele sales professionally to generate business leads
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer experience
∎ Lock customer complain properly regarding any service
∎ Build up rapport with cross departments, unit heads and other Branch people

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong communication and inter-personal skills required to convince customers and sell IPDC products.
∎ Creativity in terms of meeting customer demands with existing products.
∎ Excellent coordination skill is required for following-up with all levels of employees including vendors as well.
∎ Ability to write and speak fluently in Bangla and English.
∎ Good knowledge of local Bank/NBFI and regulatory regulations.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office Package

Salary: Negotiable
