Job Context:
∎ Social Marketing Company, a large well-reputed not-for-profit company, involved in implementing health and family planning programs throughout the country, wishes to recruit the following position. The company seeks a talented and aspiring candidate who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to reach the goal of SMC. The incumbent will be recruited as part time basis initially for one year period, which may be extended upon satisfactory performance.
∎ Job Location: SMC Clinic, Darus Salam, Mirpur Road, Dhaka -1216 (for Evening Shift).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide consultancy services at OPD of SMC Clinic
∎ Collaborate with other medical and non-medical personnel for ensuring high quality services and patient satisfaction.
∎ Perform the duty at evening shift 3 hours preferably from 6 pm daily and 6 days a week (except Friday and Govt. holidays).
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience in providing consultancy services in private hospitals or clinics.
∎ Have proven working experience as a Cardiology Specialist/Consultant.
∎ Abide by the policies and guidelines of SMC Clinic and will perform lawful duties, responsibilities and tasks as the SMC Clinic may request from time to time.
∎ Able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and ensure doctor-patient confidentiality.
∎ Expert diagnostic skills.
∎ Effective communication skills.
∎ Empathetic and compassionate.
