∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,BRAC University,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference

∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ ১. যেকোন ধরনের রিসোর্ট ডিজাইনে দক্ষ হতে হবে।
∎ ২. ইকো ফ্রেন্ডলি রিসোর্ট ডিজাইন ও ফাংশনালিটি বিবেচনা করে প্ল্যান সলভিং এ পারদর্শী হতে হবে।
∎ ৩. ক্ল্যায়েন্ট মিটিং পরিচালনা ও ক্ল্যায়েন্ট এর চাহিদা মোতাবেক কথা বলে পজিটিভ ফিডিব্যাক আনতে দক্ষ হতে হবে।
∎ ৪. রিসোর্টে ডিজাইন ইউনিক হতে হবে এবং কপি ডিজাইন করা যাবে না।
∎ ৫. ডিজাইন ও ওয়ার্কিং ড্রয়িং দুটোই পারফেক্ট হতে হবে।
∎ ৬. ক্ল্যায়েন্ট সেটিসফেকশন না আসা পর্যন্ত যোগাযোগ কন্টিনিউ রাখতে হবে এবং ফলোআপ করতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ দায়িত্বসমূহ:রিসোর্ট পরিকল্পনা, ডিজাইন ও বাস্তবায়নের পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব গ্রহণ করা।
∎ #ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে মিটিং করা, তাদের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী পরিকল্পনা তৈরি করা এবং সঠিকভাবে বাস্তবায়ন নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ #প্রকল্পের সকল পর্যায়ে সমন্বয় করা, উন্নত পরিকল্পনা ও কার্যকরী কৌশল গ্রহণ করা।
∎ #প্রকল্পের অগ্রগতি পর্যবেক্ষণ, প্রতিবেদন তৈরি করা এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট স্টেকহোল্ডারদের কাছে রিপোর্ট প্রদান করা।
∎ #রিসোর্টের জন্য বাজেট তৈরি এবং তা তদারকি করা।
∎ প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতা:রিসোর্ট পরিকল্পনা এবং বাস্তবায়নে কমপক্ষে ৭-১০ বছর অভিজ্ঞতা।#রিসোর্ট ডিজাইন ও নির্মাণ প্রক্রিয়া সম্পর্কে গভীর জ্ঞান।
∎ #ক্লায়েন্ট মিটিং এবং কৌশলগত আলোচনা পরিচালনায় দক্ষতা।ভাল যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা এবং নেতৃত্বগুণ।
∎ #স্বতন্ত্রভাবে কাজ করার পাশাপাশি দলের সঙ্গে কাজ করতে পারা।রিসোর্ট পরিকল্পনার সঙ্গে সম্পর্কিত সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা (যেমন CAD, 3D Max,SketchUp,V-ray,Lumion ইত্যাদি)।
