Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will develop protocols on regenerative and functional medical treatments which have to be reviewed and approved by Group Chief Medical Officer and CEO.
∎ You will provide consultation and advice on regenerative and functional medical treatments based on patient's individual needs and provide excellent patient experience.
∎ You will perform a variety of regenerative and functional medical procedures and educate the patients on the ways to properly care for themselves before and after such procedures as well as during the possible downtime. This includes prescribing and recommending any products and/or further treatments.
∎ Train & Guide clinic nurse, Medical Assistant & Front desk employees on different medical procedures and patient services to ensure best customer experiences.

∎ You will provide medical diagnostic and consultations in other areas and attend to patients.
∎ You will review patient's progress with treatment plan and make adjustment if necessary.
∎ You will provide advice related to Company's products and services.
∎ You will ensure that your consultations and interactions with the patient/customer are in keeping with the aim of ensuring a successful patient treatment and relationship in the understanding that such interaction are part of the patient/client journey.
∎ You will ensure that complete consultation notes are kept and recorded in accordance with Company processes.
∎ You will ensure that any communications sent to patients must be copied to the Medical Director and General Manager, in order to keep a file of patient and other communications for each patient.
∎ You will provide advice on medical and therapeutic risk to ensure protocols and practices match industry standards and local legislation, regulations and licensing requirements.
∎ You will ensure that you have the relevant qualifications and valid medical licenses and/or permissions to carry out your duties and responsibilities.
∎ You will attend meetings as and when required by the Medical Consultants, CEO, Board of Directors and/or the Group Chief Medical Officer.
∎ You will assist in business development goals by customer networking, conducting talks for potential patient/client as required and participating in any other marketing related activities/campaigns.
∎ You will contribute on an ad hoc basis to other activities of the Company and to the successful development of the Company and its key objectives.
∎ You will carry out other duties reasonably assigned to you by the Medical Director, General Manager, Board of Directors and/or the Group Chief Medical Officer.
∎ Once you hold the Company's clinic license, you will be responsible for the medical protocols and equipment of the Company's clinic and ensuring that all protocols and equipment are reviewed and approved by the Group Chief Medical Officer.
∎ You will also be responsible for the medical processes and operations of the Company's clinic, and ensuring that the medical operations of the clinic are conducted in accordance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and guidelines, and that all the licenses necessary for the clinic's medical operation are valid and up to date.
