Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS with Diploma in Clinical Pathology from any reputed Institution and having updated BMDC registration (Pathologists who are currently in service can also apply).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage laboratory services of SMC Clinic.
∎ Use lab equipment to look at samples and perform tests to accurately analyze bodily fluids and tissue specimens.
∎ Ensure accurate test results in the laboratory.
∎ Calibrates testing equipment to ensure it performs within standards.
∎ Diagnose diseases by using information gathered through tests and analyses and develop treatment options.
∎ Prepare thorough pathology reports describing the specimens tested, results of all tests, and the diagnosis by using electronic medical record software.
∎ Conduct training/ orientation/ on the job training on laboratory quality management for laboratory Technicians, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience in providing Pathological services in private hospitals or clinics.
∎ Have proven working experience as a Pathologist.
∎ Able to demonstrate excellent specimen analysis, familiar with diseases and ensure accurate test results and diagnoses.
∎ Expert diagnostic skills
∎ Effective communication skills.
∎ Empathetic and compassionate.
