Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
∎ BSc will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Good communication skills, Interpersonal Skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Prepare the BoQ as per plan and follow the PWD rules and procedures
∎ • Closely work with construction company to maintain the process accordingly
∎ • Conduct market survey to prepare the BoQ and check the price comparatively
∎ • To check the construction materials as per quoted specifications and BoQ
∎ • To the measurement of work as per plan and design
∎ • Maintain the Govt. rules and procedures
∎ • Responsible for design and documentation of Civil and structural components of the project
∎ • Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular activities
∎ • Collect, preserve and have a clear concept of all drawings, designs and specifications
∎ • Oversee the mason man, labor and related workers to implement their activities
∎ • Day to day follow up and timely site visit to ensure the quality work
∎ • Ensure overall safety and security of man and materials, equipment & other assets
∎ • Any others duties assigned by management if required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Experience on Public Works Department (PWD) will be added advantage
∎ • Required skills on communication, team building, problem solving, analytical and negotiation
∎ • Excellent computer skill on MS Office.
∎ • Ability to work under pressure and capable to meet the deadline
∎ • Maintain strong honesty, Integrity, reliability and accountability to the organization.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable.
