Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of projects, buildings or construction plans & works schedule.
∎ Responsible for designing of all civil & structural works and good Knowledge of detailing R.C.C Multistoried building
∎ Must have experience as Structural RCC Design.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Specially Tenders, Documents knowledge, Estimation, Making and Submission must be preferable, labor management, overall quality management and full time supervision capacity for construction of a modern Bridge, High-rise Building, Factory Building, Road & Building, RCC & Steel work.
∎ Have to field experience with Steel Structure Building Construction
∎ Have to field experience with Civil RCC Multistoried Building Construction
∎ Must have experience with Auto Cad, STAAD Pro etc.
∎ Conduct regular feedback with the other team members ( project Architects, project Engineers-Electrical and mechanical & plumbing)
∎ Ensure adequate material and labor for projects through coordination with supply chain team, contractors, etc
∎ Manage multiple projects through effective planning, monitoring, report of progress etc.
∎ Always follow every construction work is being executed as per approved specification and if any defect/error is detected in any construction elements shall immediately inform that to the site in charge. Ensure inventory management and control as per policies.
∎ Meeting with the team members and motivate them to contribute their efforts for timely completion of the project in a most cost effective way.
∎ Check quality of construction materials, testing of materials from BUET, if necessary appropriate measure to ensure it.
∎ Maintain good communication with client.
∎ Collect, preserve & have clear concept of all approved drawing, design, specifications
∎ Planning, coordinating, recommending and implementing the construction designs and work progress.
∎ Preparing schedules and assigning work to construction personnel
∎ Focusing on safety and ensuring that all workers adhere to set safety standards.
∎ Ensuring the quantity & quality of materials received, used.
∎ To place report to the concern authority time to time.
∎ Ensuring that the reports records, time sheets, and invoices are approved by the construction authorities.
∎ Prepare construction progress report & submit to appropriate higher authority from time to time based on approved drawing, design and schedule.
∎ Planning & Supervision of Construction works, working drawing, Site preparation, renovation, finishing work and handling implementing.
∎ To monitor construction works as per working drawing.
∎ Develop full-scale project plan and schedule project timeliness and implement & manage project changes and inventions to achieve project output.
∎ Responsible for preparing actual Running Bill along with Client Staff for all the Project according to BOQ of the tender & Submission to Client and Managing the billing Process upto the Maturity Level for disbursement from Client (Government) executing by the team Member or yourself.
∎ To check & finalize the sub-contractor bill as per the quality of completed job/works as terms and conditions of the Work Order.
