Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 13 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of HSE plans & operating procedures
∎ Management of site logistics
∎ Management of construction drawings, RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals
∎ Preparation and tracking of construction schedule
∎ Review of contractors methodology and resource planning (materials, labour, equipment)
∎ Coordination of work-fronts for separate trade contractors
∎ Analysis of risks and implementation of contingency plans
∎ Implementation of QC Inspection & Test Plans
∎ Escalation of contractor's delays and non-conformance's and implementation of recovery plans
∎ Management of site documentation
∎ Issue instructions to contractors
∎ Coordinate with third party QS for certification of contractors bills and valuation of claims and variations
∎ In consultation with PM and client, make contractual determinations (within predetermined delegation of authority)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 47 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven leadership and team management skills in similar roles
∎ Good oral and written command of English (knowledge of Bengali is a plus)
∎ Good analytical and planning skills
∎ Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Autocad
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
