Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
∎ Keep up to date CM reports daily basis.
∎ Construction Manager to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner.
∎ Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
∎ Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
∎ Review the work progress on daily basis
∎ Analyses, manage and mitigate risks
∎ Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
∎ Participate all the meeting which related with project.
∎ Ensure bill on time.
∎ Any other activities to fulfill tasks.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
