Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PMP certified by the Project Management Institute and have that certification current
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, implementing and updating site logistics plan with vendors and Project managers.
∎ Track monthly progress of schedule and prepare next month's forecast schedule
∎ Conduct delay analysis & take appropriate corrective action.
∎ Check and comment construction drawings prepared by designers.
∎ Lead the shop drawing review and approval between the vendors and consultant.
∎ Review MEP tender documents (drawings, specifications, BOQ) and evaluate bids received from contractors.
∎ Lead technical discussions with various MEP vendors and support PM / Commercial Manager for finalizing contracts.
∎ Supervise contractors work progress on site and monitor adequacy of resources and equipment.
∎ Supervise contractors work quality and compliance with design documents & codes.
∎ Prepare and track various equipment deliveries and ordering by the client / trade contractors.
∎ Manage interfaces on site between MEP contractors and other trade contractors.
∎ Review and create RFIs during design coordination and ensure resolution with the design consultants.
∎ Review & comment MEP contractor’s bills in terms of QC.
∎ Implement strict Quality Control procedures on site.
∎ Report on weekly basis to PM (quality, progress).
∎ Lead the testing and commissioning of High Side Equipment
∎ Lead Snagging, de-snagging and handover of low Side MEP works.
