Educational Requirements:
∎ Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or ID from any recognized institution at home or abroad.
∎ Computer Literacy: Basic Knowledge of common computer software's. Should have excellent quantitative skills and good command of MS excel.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the project manager in overall management, coordination and control of the site
∎ Coordinate with architects and project consultants for required information and value addition
∎ Planning, implementing and updating site logistics plan
∎ Contract administration and contractor's performance management
∎ Provide scheduling inputs for master programme and ensuring delivery of project within established time schedule
∎ Monitor adequacy of contractor's resources, material and equipment
∎ Analyse drawings and drive construction process
∎ Track monthly progress of schedule and prepare next month's forecast schedule
∎ Conduct delay analysis & take appropriate corrective action
∎ Provide scheduling inputs for master programme and forecast delays, mitigation plans
∎ Ensure & implement quality control procedures on site
∎ Ensure HSE procedures on site and accident free working
∎ Ensure proper documentation at site
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-12 years in relevant disciplines of works, out of which at least 3(Three) years should be as Quality Control Engineer in Hotel Development works.
∎ Exposure to hotel projects in Bangladesh will be an added advantage
∎ Exposure in working with large construction and project management organizations
∎ Good command over English.
∎ Proficient with MS Word, Excel and project management software
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills and good reporting skills with management.
