Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, design, develop and maintain construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
∎ Prepare estimation of building materials as per drawing.
∎ Ensure completion of project within the Master Budget.
∎ Maintain liaison with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
∎ Supervise and monitor structural, masonry and finishing work to ensure the quality of construction.Ensure all logistic supports i.e. materials including in-house supplies, drawings, designs, detailing are available at site.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly construction progress report.
∎ Ensure overall safety and security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Knowledge on supervision, planning, construction management.
∎ Must have knowledge on Residential & Commercial Building code, Rules of RAJUK.
∎ Knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D etc.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Experience on high rise building construction with basement.
∎ A team player having leadership qualities to lead with excellent organizational management skills and having a proven track record of conducting substantial project works independently, having in-depth understanding of construction procedures, material and project management principles and time-management skills.
Salary: Negotiable
