Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having Experience of project manager in one or two project is preferable.
∎ Must have to good leadership quality, Integrity and Manpower management capability of at least 300 people at a time.
∎ Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ To manage project which includes site supervision, planning, coordinating, evaluating, controlling and completing the project timely by ensuring safety and quality policy.
∎ Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
∎ Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
∎ To follow up and checking the accuracy of Erection and Installation works of Piping/ Steel Structure/Tank as per drawings and relevant Engineering Standards.
∎ To take corrective measures of construction activities, and resolve probable unexpected difficulties, and other issues that may arise from time to time.
∎ Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
∎ Review the work progress on daily basis
∎ Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
∎ Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
∎ Commercial awareness - an understanding of how your actions can affect profitability of a project.
∎ Any other task as required by the management
