Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare work schedule, action plan including Scope and adherence to these plans throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Prepare monthly project budget.
∎ Coordinate with stakeholders.
∎ Prepare Estimate of materials.
∎ Prepare bar bending schedule (BBS) Ensuring the timely completion and quality of construction.
∎ Monitoring project construction activities.
∎ Prepare monthly project progress report.
∎ Prepare contractor and vendor’s bill.
∎ Provide safety guideline to all workers & project related person.
∎ Job Summary: TST White House Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic “Construction In Charge” for Real-Estate wing. He will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of construction projects within the company’s real estate portfolio. This role includes project planning, site supervision, quality control, cost estimation, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in civil engineering and experience in managing real estate construction projects.
