Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Communication skills, Customer Handling, Installation/ Erection, Supervision
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Installation/ Erection, Lift Installation , Project Engineer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Escalator/Elevator/Lift
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist Project Manager to prepare Business plan project pertaining to execution.
∎ To assist in monitoring the performance of team members and support them in activities plan parameters.
∎ Meet project manager and client and his execution team at regular intervals to discuss requirements, progress, and employee involvement and to solve personal or technical concerns.
∎ Site interfacing -civil and electrical with clients and agencies involved for execution and smooth flow of the project operations.
∎ Documentations- Design Documents, Various Project Reports, Manuals, weekly updating to the project manager.
∎ Raising Purchase Order Requisitions in time and within allotted cost budgets.
∎ Subcontractor development and monitoring of process.
∎ Execution of the jobs based on the budget and ensure cost management .
∎ To visit project sites to develop rapport between customer and organization.
∎ To maintain cordial relations with electrical and civil agencies, system wide contractors and clients.
∎ To visit project sites to develop rapport between customer and organization.
∎ To analyze training needs of the team and Field Employees and ensure training as per the skills required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Good Communication skills. Should be fluent in English (Written & Verbal)
∎ Should have thorough product knowledge & experience of handling major customers
∎ BE (Mechanical or Electrical) with minimum 10 years or Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical) with 14 years' experience, with minimum of 3 years' experience in any metro execution.
Salary: Negotiable
