Responsibilities & Context:
∎ System monitoring: Overseeing computer systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
∎ Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, such as with printers, monitors, and storage device.
∎ Data management: Backing up data, creating or modifying databases, and formulating safety measures to secure data systems
∎ Maintenance: Performing maintenance on equipment according to manufacturer instructions
∎ Communication: Responding to internal and external customer inquiries via telephone and mail.
∎ Duty Time: 9am To 05pm. Saturday To Thursday.
