Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation from reputed University with good academic result.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as a Management Representative (MR) of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) in Customer Service Management.
∎ Maintain & preserve all documents of CSM related to ISO.
∎ Perform ISO Internal Audit periodically throughout every year to ensure the continual improvement of the existing Quality Management System.
∎ Organize and coordinate internal audits on yearly basis.
∎ Cooperate with the external auditors for the successful completion of the external (Surveillance & Re-Assessment) audit.
∎ Maintain the ISO standards of the QMS of all others service points by implementing the central service point as a reference model.
∎ Ensure the development of proper QMS by visiting all service points periodically.
∎ Provide training and related documents to the responsible Branch Manager of the corresponding service point.
∎ Discuss & follow up with the branch manager of the service points.
∎ Coordinate and monitor health and safety department & overall Issues for all personnel in a different section of Customer Service Management.
∎ Prepare new format, policies, compliance-related issues, and beautification to represent the reputation & standard of CSM.
∎ Providing necessary training to all CSM employees for safety purposes.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years

∎ Good Reporting Skill.
∎ Complaint Management.
∎ Excellent Communication Skill.
