Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), A Level
∎ Applicants having Bachelor degree in Marketing or English will get preference.
∎ English Medium Background will get preference and highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master's degree in any discipline (Must be Excellent in Speaking English)

Job Context:
∎ Must be Excellent in Speaking English.
∎ Work at Office. Only for Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having clear knowledge about our services as well as activities of all departments of the company to perform effectively
∎ Speaking to our customers and workers in USA over phone call.
∎ Negotiating on different issues with our clients and workers over phone call
∎ Receiving calls & customers enquiries and selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided
∎ Solving issues with clients and workers over phone call and email
∎ Ensuring instant responses to the clients and contractors
∎ Send accurate and quality sales proposals to client for further business development Analyze results sent by the field force Check for service fulfillment and see whether client instructions and quality standards are met.
∎ Achieving more and more clients and also developing workers.
∎ Analyzing online data.
∎ Take feedback from customer about service.
∎ Reporting higher management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Please don’t apply if you are weak in speaking English. Must have advanced level skills in Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking English
∎ The applicants will get preference experience in the following area(s): Call center at bank/mobile operator/BPO company
∎ Good listener, especially when problems arise.
∎ Should be hard worker and self-motivated.
∎ Organized: ability to manage multiple clients/projects at same time.
∎ Ability to propose viable solutions to problems.
∎ Strong analytic skills. Minimum knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Skype etc
∎ Must be able to work Monday through Saturday, 7:00 pm to 4:00 am Bangladesh time.
∎ The candidate must be able to work on some govt. holidays if requires.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Performance bonus can up to Tk 10000. Attractive incentive if you fill continues development.
