Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with students regularly over the phone or face to face to provide information.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods or tools, check all necessary papers, documents of the students.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with students through open and interactive communication.
∎ Help to fill up admission form and other related papers.
∎ Handle student complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
∎ Keep records of student interactions, process student's accounts and file documents.
∎ Keep update and follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
∎ Monitor students query in the online system and communicate with them accordingly (Online Communicating).
∎ Make arrangement so that all local/international mails/parcels/official documents are received, registered and dispatched properly and passed to respective department/person ensuring no documents/mails are lying unattended.
∎ Converse fluently in English for welcoming, guiding and handling foreign representatives.
∎ Must have a good knowledge on Basic Computer Operation.
∎ Perform Facebook Live regarding courses regularly.
∎ Must be smart enough to perform duties under pressure.
