Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ College degree or above, major is logistics or international trade is preferable.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Export,Import,Commercial
∎ Skills Required: Commercial, Customs Bond, Export, Import, Warehouse activities
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customs Bond, Export, Export/ Import through L/C
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Trading or Export/Import, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Issue and get approval of IP & EP from UEPZ
∎ Maintain customs clearances.
∎ Get approval/amendment/add new items name on licences.
∎ Visit customs office and followup issues- findings, feedback for official letters etc.
∎ Maintain and advice to company about import materials name & HS code.
∎ Keep record of import export documents and bond register.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Familiar with customs clearance process, at least 2 years related work experience,
∎ Familiar with customs declarations of air transportation and sea shipping, import customs declarations and the related laws/policies,
∎ Work experience with engineering goods/ groceries customs clearance is preferable.
∎ Positive and hard working, good execution, good communication and presentation skills, able to handle the situations individually on site.
∎ A team player who is honest and friendly to colleagues, good communication and cautious on work.
∎ Fluent English speaking & writing, familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and etc), Chinese speaking is preferable.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
