Responsibilities & Context: We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage online store operations and improve sales performance. The role includes product listing, title optimization, product image and detail page improvement, campaign planning, competitor analysis, advertising coordination, data analysis, and communication with designers, customer service, and supply chain teams. The ideal candidate should have experience with platforms such as Tmall, JD, Pinduoduo, Douyin, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Amazon. The candidate should understand key performance indicators such as click-through rate, conversion rate, ROI, customer price, and sales growth.
