Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor bank issues and conduct remedial action to maintain schedules and standards.
∎ Creating budgets, reporting on financial performance, and collecting payments, familiarity with financial management.
∎ Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
∎ Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
∎ Works with highly complex loans such as investments, development, and construction.
∎ Provide support to necessary information.
∎ Typically reports to top management.
∎ Handle the team with proficiency and smartness.
∎ Outdoor Visit (If necessary).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have 5 years of experience in the following area(s): Banking and Commercial, Client Relations/ Services,
∎ Proficiency in oral and written communication in English and Bangla.
