Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Candidate must have experience in Export of a Dry food (Bakery processing and export industry) & Frozen food (Snacks & Vegetables Processing and export industry).
∎ Find out buyers from potential export countries.
∎ Maintain good communication with foreign buyers.
∎ Collect order and payment from the importer/Buyer.
∎ Monitoring Production position and take preparation for shipment.
∎ Support Banking formalities, maintain liaison with export related trade bodies (i.e. BAPA, EPB, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Agriculture, Chamber of Commerce, Competitors Companies etc.), monitoring C& F agent on regular basis.
∎ Prepare Export cash incentive and related documents.
∎ Prepare & checking export Documentation (Sales Contract, Commercial Invoice, Packing & Weight List, Certificate Of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Musak 20, Bank EXP, C&F documents, BL draft, GSP etc) & Office maintenance.
∎ Export Cost & Profitability Analysis.
∎ repairing Monthly/Periodical / Annual Export Statement,
∎ Analyzing sales report and preparing future sales plan.
∎ Monitoring and advising foreign posted sales manager.
∎ Ensuring to get proper jobs from the sales mangers to fulfill the company objective
∎ Plan and monitor commercial activities according to the long-term goal of the organization
∎ Must have to Ensure compliance with local and foreign regulations along with the policy of the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be fluent in English speaking.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Bakery/ Dry food (Bakery processing and export industry) & Frozen food (Snacks & Vegetables Processing and export industry). .
∎ At least 4 years' experience in relevant field.
∎ Ability to operate Computer (MS Office).
