Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline
∎ Any other Certification or training on supply chain management will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage bond entitlement efficiently so that it can cover the bond necessity 100% entire year.
∎ Manage and control supplier and customs.
∎ Bond custom auto renewal application has to submit to the bond commissioner office before 30 days from the last day of bond through BGMEA
∎ Follow-up Back to back, Cash L/C opening & UD, EPB clearance.
∎ Weekly bill review - transport, C&F, insurance, shipping agent etc.
∎ Daily Bank limit follow-up as per unit, P/I collect from the supply chain and open back to back L/C.
∎ Follow-up entire shipment planning.
∎ Daily Export LC follow-up Submission to the Bank and daily Export LC follow-up EXP Collection and submission to the bank.
∎ Follow-up dummy B/L , Original B/L collection and GSP, COO.
∎ Follow-up Cash Incentive Application to Bank
∎ Follow-up Data entry for BGMEA undertaken, PRC, Cost sheet,
∎ Follow-up & Maintain File As per Master LC /UD.
∎ Any other work assign by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House, Textile
∎ Excellent communication skills in English (Written/ Verbal).
∎ Must have excellent knowledge in MS office program (MS Word, MS Excel, Power point etc)
∎ Excellent personality with positive approach/ attitude.
