Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, Review, Implement strategic and sound commercial system, process, policies and procedures to support business.
∎ Handles forecast and projection for sound management decisions
∎ Identify Commercial Problems and ensure that solutions are implemented.
∎ Review customer and supplier terms and conditions to the interest of the organization
∎ Develop and Maintain Pricing Sheet
∎ Regularly Review and Update Standard Pricing Data Sheet and Costing Matrix and Provide Support to Managing Director in the review of Pricing Strategies
∎ Manages Price, Quotations, Purchasing Orders and match orders of the company and ensure that the delivery is done to the end point
∎ Design Effective Inventory Monitoring and Reporting System
∎ Manage an updated container tracking system
∎ Manage the Commercial Team by providing mentoring and guidance in out carrying day-to-day objectives and assign objectives to ensure effective distribution of work load.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Exposure in shipping and logistics will be added advantage
∎ Commercial Experience in Electronics and Electrical Industry
∎ Familiar with the activities, rules and regulation of BIDA, CCI&E, Bangladesh Bank
∎ Should be familiar with in-bond, ex-bond formalities, obtaining NOC and Release of Bank Guarantee from landing port, renewal of Bonded Warehouse from Custom's Bond Office
∎ Should be able to price declaration and its approval from Customs Authority
∎ Should be able to maintain Register for MUSUK 16, MUSUK 17, MUSUSK 18 and completion of its audit with Customs VAT Authority.
∎ Know the art of computer literacy in Bangla & English & knowledge of Correspondence with Govt. Authority, Bank, Supplier, Freight forwarder & C&F agent, Insurance etc.
∎ Must have experience in the review committee and appeal tribunal case.
