Civil Construction, Purchase/ Procurement, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procuring the related goods & services for civil construction in different projects & factories for the company locally as per requirement.
∎ Collecting technical data & financial offers, verifying, analyzing route-based & negotiating prices as per market and payment terms, warranty, making CS, taking management approval & issuing PO or work order.
∎ Ensuring availability of construction materials at the site as per the plan, collection of time schedule or Gantt chart from civil contractors & completion of project activities by following up as per Business plan.
∎ Engaging consultant as per the type of project, collection of design, drawing & BOQ as per the strategic plan.
∎ Negotiating the price as well as other necessary terms & conditions by increasing the learning curve & knowledge of the cost of each component.
∎ Coordinating with the finance, internal audit team & factory as per their need to understand technical terms to work closely with Compass team members to manage project activity, cooperating to raise CEP by the given reference cost & procurements within budget.
∎ Monitoring & tracking purchase orders and contacting vendors on the invoice or deliverable dates ensuring timely submission of proper documentation.
∎ Ensuring vendor payments on time closing out each purchase order and managing vendors in accordance with procurement policies and guidelines. Need to collaborate with factory concern/ supplier/ vendor for any mismatch or claim on the bill.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-3 years of experience in relevant field is preferable.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Attitude of doing hard work
∎ Proficient in MS Excel
