Educational Requirements:
∎ Bsc in Mechanical/Electronic and Electrical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Purchasing machineries, spare parts & other relevant technical service from both local & foreign suppliers/service providers.
∎ 2. Responsible for timely delivery for all engineering, consumable items to factories from the right source at right price for required quantity.
∎ 3. Develop competitive source for spare parts, machineries, chemicals & any materials.
∎ 4. Negotiate with suppliers with proper planning, and establish long term relationship.
∎ 5. Preparing CS for approval & issuing purchase order for required items.
∎ 6. Maintain liaison with all concerned internal and external stakeholders.
∎ 7. Ensure LC opening documents, follow-up to open LC
∎ 8. Follow-up CNF Agent for smooth and on time delivery avoiding demurrage.
∎ 9. Maintain Central Database of existing and potential vendor of machinery.
∎ 10. Provide quick support for smooth availability of engineering consumables (Importing & Local items).
∎ 11. Determine consumable and spare parts requirement by user through planning ahead to avoid interruption.
