Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain filing systems for students and college staffs.
∎ Create, maintain and enter information into databases.
∎ Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information internally and externally.
∎ Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
∎ Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
∎ Prioritizing Work loads
∎ Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
∎ Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
∎ Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
∎ Logging or processing bills or expenses
∎ Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
∎ Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
∎ Preparing all types of Medical College Reports

∎ Age 25 to 45 years
