Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily activities of medical coaches to ensure delivery of high-quality telehealth services.
∎ Review patient cases, coach feedback, and provide clinical guidance to ensure quality care.
∎ Monitor daily performance of health coaches based on duty roster.
∎ Assist in the design and continuous improvement of medical course content and training modules.
∎ Conduct regular clinical reviews and training sessions for the coaching team.
∎ Coordinate with IT and Operations to troubleshoot platform or scheduling issues.
∎ Provide end-of-shift and weekly reports to the Clinical Manager.
∎ Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines, clinical standards, and data confidentiality.
