Educational Requirements:
∎ You have a university degree (Bachelor and/or Masters) in Marine Biology, Marine Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science or related disciplines.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Team up with leading scientists in marine biology, marine engineering, chemistry, environmental science and water management internationally and domestically.
∎ Plan, construct, obtain regulatory approval, and execute operations of patented biotechnology for carbon dioxide removal (CDR) through river cleanup.
∎ Lead team conducting Environmental Impact Assessment, CDR feasibility study, and pilot-scale operations in a 1-hectare pond.
∎ Create a microalgae production facility for river cleanup and CDR.
∎ Meet regularly in person with the 1010 Solutions core team and learn to apply our technology for best practices.
∎ Build your own team of highly motivated impact Entrepreneurs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ You have 2 years of hands-on experience leading a team.
∎ You are entrepreneurial and have created your own startup before.
∎ You have shown you can work in a team and deliver results together on time.
∎ You love to work on new topics, have a pragmatic approach, and strive to take responsibility for your projects.
∎ You love to communicate and can turn complex information into plain language and inspiring messages.
∎ You speak fluent English.
