∎ HSC/ Diploma in Mechanical /BSc In Mechanical Engineering.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Pharma Industrial Automation LTD is a reputed Industrial spear parts manufacturing company.
∎ We are looking for a quality CNC lathe machine operator for the production department.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accomplishing company objectives by accepting responsibilities for completing innovative and new requests while also exploring value-adding opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with product and mold designer & mold maker.
∎ Operate CNC milling with all functionalities.
∎ Operating 3 exis , 4 exis CNC milling machine.
∎ Metal Loading, facing, reference, cutting, drilling, stressing, finishing, unloading.
∎ Making proper documents for all products and mold designs.
∎ Using blueprints,specifications,work orders,orthographic drawings,and geometric dimensions and tolerances to plan daily machining.
∎ Completing regular preventative maintenance and calling for repairs as needed.
∎ Maintaining updated documentation of all designs, molds, and clients' preferences.
∎ Communicating with others and accurately documenting daily production operations for maintaining continuity.
∎ Detecting and troubleshooting system malfunctions by taking measurements,adjusting controls, reprogramming machines, and closely monitoring grooving, drilling, and cutting.
∎ maintaining Daily work reports, Cad Library, and Technical documentation of content.
∎ Training and helping to develop the skill of junior operators.
∎ Overall you have to observe the full production process and maintain accuracy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Work under pressure.
∎ Positive and learning attitude.
∎ Excellent judgment and attention to detail
∎ Good hand-eye coordination
∎ Familiarity with standard industry programming technology
