Job Context:
∎ Pharma Industrial Automation LTD is a reputed Industrial spear parts manufacturing company.
∎ We are looking for a quality CNC machine programmer for the production department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Doing all Type Program of CNC Lathe & CNC milling machines.
∎ Operate CADcam or Solid Cam software for Programming. Determine the sequence of operations in a program.
∎ Choosing cutting tools that will be needed.
∎ Analyzing job orders and performing necessary calculations.
∎ Monitoring all programs to make sure they follow blueprint instructions and safely and successfully complete the task. Analyzing and selecting speeds and cutting tools for programs.
∎ Communicates with engineers and clients who will use the programs.
∎ Operating CNC lathe & CNC mill machine if required.
∎ Assist Senior with Daily work report maintenance.
∎ Making improvements to set up times for a task and contouring complex shapes.
∎ Assisting designer to design to make good qualities mold as client required.
∎ Maintaining Cad Library and Technical documentation of content.
∎ Checking and reporting about metal quality and size according to design.
∎ Making proper documents for machining time and schedule.
∎ Maintaining updated documentation of all designs, molds, and clients' preferences.
∎ Arranging new tools and equipment to produce products and mold as the client required.
∎ Training and helping to develop the skill of juniors and operators and programmers.
∎ Overall you have to maintain the full production process and maintain accuracy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Work under pressure.
∎ Positive and learning attitude.
∎ Excellent judgment and attention to detail
∎ Good hand-eye coordination
∎ Familiarity with standard industry programming technology
