Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide individualized and group therapy sessions based on students' needs.
∎ Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
∎ Review and follow the recommendations in teachers’ reports to align therapy sessions with educational goals.
∎ Provide guidance on classroom strategies to enhance student engagement and progress.
∎ Educate and support parents in conducting therapy activities at home.
∎ Provide personalized home programs to reinforce therapy progress.
∎ Prepare, maintain, and update all therapy-related documentation, including session notes and progress reports.
∎ Ensure compliance with institutional and professional record-keeping standards.
∎ Conduct assessments and track students' improvements in therapy.
∎ Submit detailed evaluation reports every six (6) months for each student.
∎ Work collaboratively with teachers, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other professionals to develop comprehensive support plans.
∎ Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and intervention strategies.
∎ Stay updated with the latest research, therapy techniques, and best practices in special needs therapy.
∎ Ensure therapy rooms and materials are organized and conducive to effective learning and intervention.
∎ Promote a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters student growth and confidence.
∎ Conduct Therapy Sessions
