∎ Minimum 7 to 10 years of clinical-Digital health- telemedicine experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory/leadership role.
∎ Strong understanding of telemedicine service models and digital health platforms.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, manage, and support the Course Provider Manager, All Physician and Specialist doctor teams.
∎ Ensure the quality and accuracy of medical consultations and clinical documentation.
∎ Supervise clinical performance, ensure adherence to treatment protocols, and provide feedback to doctors.
∎ Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction, taking corrective action where necessary.
∎ Collaborate with other departments (Pharmacy, Diagnostics, Customer Support) to ensure integrated care.
∎ Oversee onboarding and continuous training of clinical staff.
∎ Ensure clinical compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
∎ Lead regular clinical audits and implement quality improvement initiatives.
∎ Report clinical metrics and performance updates to senior management.
∎ Act as a liaison between clinical teams and non-clinical stakeholders.
