Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
∎ MPH degree holder from a reputed university/institute/school will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Clinical Coordinator (CC) will be responsible for managing all clinical activities for providing 24/7 BEmONC services at selected UH&FWCs at Cox's Bazar by the Midwives
∎ Close coordination with the Midwives and other clinical staff of the project at selected UH&FWCs at Cox's Bazar
∎ She/he will work closely with the government officials
∎ She/he will ensure the quality of clinical services to the patient as per the highest standard and as needed by government/UNFPA/WB/HOPE and other partners.
∎ She/he will also over-see the referral system in place and train/ensure professional referrals.
∎ She/he will maintain liaison and collaboration with the GoB, donors, INGOs, NGOs, UN agencies those who are working in the same fields.
∎ She/he will be responsible for attending all meetings/workshop related to the project as per Country Director's direction.
∎ She/he will report to the President/Country Director/ Manager-Field Operations of HOPE Foundation regularly and when necessary about the clinical activities.
∎ She/he will be responsible to organize the required trainings for the Midwives/technical staff.
∎ Experience in clinical practice in Gynae and Obs field is required.
∎ She/he must travel to all selected UH&FWCs at Cox's Bazar regularly
∎ She/he will be responsible for preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually report as per organizational/donor requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 100000 - 107000 (Monthly)
