Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate daily operations across clinical departments to ensure efficiency.
∎ Monitor patient care processes and ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and hospital policies.
∎ Act as a liaison between doctors and administration.
∎ Manage schedules for clinical staff and ensure adequate coverage.
∎ Facilitate communication with patients and families regarding treatments, appointments, and follow-ups.
∎ Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
∎ Assist in the training and orientation of new clinical staff.
∎ Prepare reports and present updates to hospital management.
